Implement D&D as well for dragging a file on Lucide icon

Description
When a user drops a supported file on the Lucide icon Lucide should be started automatically.

I found at least one system with the same effect, I reassign this ticket to beta 1 (from milestone).

Eugene and I found the problem: One has to set the working directory for a program object, otherwise it won't work. Works now here!

Seems to work, probably a problem on my machine. Will ask some more people to test it, if this is ok we can close the case and I will fix my box ;)
