Shortcuts for rotating right/left only work with +/- on keyboard number block

Description
The shortcut for rotating left is Ctrl+Shift++ and for rotating right Ctrl+Shift+-. Unfortunately only + and - on the keyboard number block work but not the ones from standard letter block.
I have found this in Lucide 1.01.

Correction: I accidentally swapped the shortcuts. The first sentence should be:
The shortcut for rotating right (CW) is Ctrl+Shift++ and for rotating left (CCW) Ctrl+Shift+-.
