I am asking this because it would seem that the off desktop restore code in 2.71 would result in an off desktop location for the window being stored in an ini file which could explain why window sometimes start out side of the current desktop. Must consider if other cases might exist. |

Related to issue #30, it is not possible to access help when the settings notebook has been opened from the widget (and there is no Help item from the context menu of the standalone version). Adding a Help button to the settings notebook would allow such access. |
