    1 I know that bird allready knows and has no time/need for these funktions,
    2 but perhaps someone else has the time/knowledge to implement these defined functions.
     1For emx compatability we should implement these. These will be OS/2 specific and go into the backend. So, just bunch them together with the 16-bit signal handler.
