Component: Support DriverBase Driver

If I change CONFIG.SYS as follows: PSD=os2apic.psd /p=1 then the driver works fine.

The problem is solved after disabling the checksum offloading feature on Windows 2000 Server. Probably this is Windows bug and feature (bug?) of OS/2 tcpbeui. Anyway this is not GenMac bug. GenMac works fine. Thank you.
