#20 closed enhancement (fixed)
Use TMP directory for FM2 temp files

Description (last modified by )
Currently FM/2 creates works files in the current directory. This make it difficult to run FM/2 from a CD or other non-writable media. The solution is to use %TMP% to store these files.
The startup code should probably ensure that the selected directory is actually writable.

These particular files happen to be work files created during archive container processing. For some reason they are not created in a TMP directory, but Mark tended to do this for most work files. This makes it difficult to run fm/2 from CD, so eventually this will change.
