Fast internal viewer fails

Description
The window tries to open on some systems and closes immediately. No error message failure occurs in 3.06. If use fast internal viewer is unchecked viewing works fine.

The steps are as follows open my regular fm/2 open smartsvn from the toolbar (it is setup as a command). Note if I open smartsvn from WPS this does not happen. Close Fm/2 leaving smartsvn open. Open fm/2 test version with no external viewer setup fast internal viewer fails without an error. I can momentarily see the status bar. I has Formatting Line 0 Offset -16. This is seen with all text files. It works for binary files.
