This will be useful when the release contains newer versions and the user has done no personalization of of the older version. It also allows the user to revert to a pristine copy of the configuration file if desired. |

Currently FM/2 creates works files in the current directory. This make it difficult to run FM/2 from a CD or other non-writable media. The solution is to use %TMP% to store these files. The startup code should probably ensure that the selected directory is actually writable. |

It would be very nice if when adding a new archiver I could fill in the "view section" along with the sig and the file extension then point the viewer widow on the right to an appropriate file for it to open so that the start and end info could be copied and the field arrangement was visible to make it easier to complete the field location info. |
