Description
As os2dasd.f32 and partfilt.flt should not be installed on an LVM system, and as these are in a separate pack in the installer, their related documentation and symbol files should also be moved to a separate pack so that they are not left "orphaned" when os2dasd.f32 and partfilt.flt have not been installed.

Starting from r196, I moved partfilt.sym to "Optional drivers' symbol files" package, and partfilt.doc+partfilt.txt to "Optional drivers documentation" package. Also, I added a third package which will contain an updated version of ifs.inf file (not installed too by default). Also, I added CHKDSK and SYS standalone versions, plus win32 versions of FAT32 utilities (a separate .zip file). (FORMAT was ported from win32, so I decided to preserve its win32 version, plus extend the win32 routines, and based on that, port CHKDSK and SYS back to win32). Note that a win32 version of CHKDSK still contains a bug, which corrupts the root directory, if it is written a file to. So, please experiment with flash disks which contain nothing important :) But FORMAT and SYS looks to be safe (They don't try creating files "manually", i.e., with direct FS manipulation, instead of DosWrite).
