Enable Quiet Boot /Q

Description

Once the system it is stable it is not required to see on each boot:

"Processors Initialized: X Integrated ACPI Support....

Allow an optional /Q to do not show that message at startup.

"Processors Initialized: X" is message from os2krnl, so you need find bugtracker about kernel.

Next , be sure, that apm.add and acpi.psd has /Q.
