ACPI 3.18 does not load in /SMP /PIC mode.

Pasha after I had these problems with the ACPIDEAMON (as repored in ticket 476) I did try and remove some of the switches from ACPI, like the /APIC.

its loaded with the switches /APIC /SMP /VBE Using SMP kernel 104a

Attached is a picture of my screen where it hangs. The last two lines where displayed on the picture I got when I press any random key on the keyboard. It never comes to the desktop.

Now I know some systems need to be loaded with /SMP ACPI can't work in APIC mode. My Thinkpad T60 has always been able to work in /SMP /PIC mode with ACPI. So I do consider this a regression with this version.

Does this work on your T60 ?

Uniaud was not loaded and the old the Panorama version from 2007 was loaded.
