Many users report about problems with shutdown in ACPI 3.16. There is no need to create so many tickets, I will collect this reports here.
1) Dell 1525 notebook
2) Thinkpad T60 (Roderick) -- I still need to get back to you on ACPI 3.16. It does seem poweroff is broken somehow.
3) Thinkcentre (Roderick), I have here does not power off normally. I still need to run tests with old ACPI versions and compare the differences.
4) ASUS EEE PC 1008HA (Sigurd) -- http://svn.netlabs.org/acpi/ticket/422
