T42, PSD runs without no switches except /O1.
We get a trap in int 10 setup when it wakes up.
Its loaded with Panorama video driver.

try change VBESave = 15 to VBESave = 7 in acpid.cfg. It is very old kernel bug.

ACPI 3.16 resolves traps, but UHCI controller does not recover. Will open new ticket
