Slow boot of PC with ACPI + Modern UNIAUD

when uniaud is loaded as last driver boot is much faster. it looks like uniaud interfers with all drivers as soon as it's loaded

Uniaud is managed by Roderick, there are ACPI calls in Uniaud already, the the developers of Uniaud should post their minds what happens, what is the problem.

What Pasha is asking is does the system boot a normal speed if the uniaud drivers are removed? Does the system boot at normal speed if uniaud is installed and acpi is removed?
