MB: ASUS P5E3WS Problem: Fails to boot in /APIC mode. Infinity reboot after kernel load. In /PIC mode this hardware is good working.

No. BASEDEV=PRINT01.SYS

I do not use this option.

Version from 290109 loading in /APIC /SMP mode.

Все вроде работает, кроме SBLive! Звука нет. Попытка ремапа прерывания приводит к остановке загрузки после вывода на экран отладочной строки: PIC MASK IRQ10 mask:FF33FCFD

ACPI-APIC-BAT.ZIP работает точно также. А можно ли сделать ремап прерывания вниз только для одного PCI девайса?

Можно, но тут надо смотреть что и где. Попробуй REMAP 16 11. Если у тебя на 11 нету IDE/SATA и USB будет к тебе милостиво - то наверное сможет и сработать
