trap when suspend in a Nvidia + AM2 system

Description

I set the acpid.cfg with Sleepmode=S1 and try the suspend from ecentre. The system traps few second after I confirm the suspend and beep continuously. please refer to attached picture of trap screen.

PS: I test the suspend not only in ACPI.PSD /smp mode but also without /SMP mode. Both has the same trap.

Why do you need suspend/resume on Desktop machine?

OK.. suspend/resume is useful for barebones..
