AMD X2 - nvidia nforce3 250 - does not boot with /SMP /APIC

Description
Motherboard: Asrock -- AM2NF3-VSTA -- eCS 2.0 rc4 -- ATI x850 -- Panorama drivers System works fine with ACPI (no switches) and with SMP-Kernel. With /SMP /APIC ( and /CD) the system traps just when the desktop should come up. There is a black screen with a T in the upper left corner. Same with ACPI 3.05. With also every USB line REMed from config.sys the coloured desktop background appears, but hangs.
On the same system with eCS 1.2R the system boots OK. Only USB does not work correctly.

Works now fine with ACPI 3.07 and switches: /SMP /APIC /TMR /CD
