All ACPI 3.0x packages don't include the ACPICA.ADD driver!

Description

The docs (for example the ACPI-FAQ.DOC) include a reference to add the ACPICA.ADD from the debug directory if the user uses the /!NOD parameter at ACPI.PSD!

The driver ACPICA.ADD is missing since ACPI v3.01 until ACPI v3.05! Newer packages don't seem to be available right now.

OK,Pasha talks that no need to install acpica.add since 3.04 if using /!NOD
