I also tried the latest ACPI 3.0.3 (20071002) and I get a trap 000e in OS2KRNL (see screenshot)!
1) don't forget remove snooper - it is not used anymore
It's not there.
2) Use Danis506 1.8.1
I use it since it's available.
3) If you have a trap or hang then
It traps before loading the WPS and it traps also without the GenMAC-drivers!
So I went back to 3.0.2:
- Detect ACPI.PSD Version: 3.2 ACPICA.ADD Version: 3.2 ACPI32.DLL Version: 3.2
Mister-W has the same problems with the 3.0.3 and he also downgraded to an older version:
- Detect ACPI.PSD Version: 3.0 ACPICA.ADD Version: 3.0 ACPI32.DLL Version: 3.3
The funny thing is that for Mister-W s/r with GenMAC works, but on my system not, the connection is lost and don't comes back!
Mister-W also has the problem that the graphics after resume is as slow as without shadow-buffer (for me it works) and we both have the problem that some XCenter-widgets (CPU, clock, TCPIP-monitor) do not work anymore until we restart the XCenter!

I attached what I was ask for!
The funny thing is, that it does not trap if I start the "D:\OS2\ACPIDAEMON.EXE" manually from a command line after OS/2 finished loading!
rem ACPI/APM soll in erster Zeile stehen rem PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /VBE /APIC rem PSD=ACPI.PSD /SMP /APIC BASEDEV=APM.ADD rem RUN=D:\OS2\CMD.EXE /C D:\OS2\ACPIDAEMON.EXE

Can you attach log (copy acpica$ acpi.log) after manually start AcpiDaemon? And check UpTime.exe for right value of uptime? I see in your log small problems
Need try boot with rem RUN=AcpiDaemon.exe and attach "copy acpica$ acpi.log" from last boot acpi.psd
