#64 | fixed | Acer Aspire 1350, problems with USB
Description |
Acer Aspire 1350, Athlon XP 2600+ I've tried every ACPI-version on my laptop and always the same problem, USB doesn't work. (shutdown works, but not uptime, batteryindicator and so on..)I saw in a document that one could test to download DSDT tables and load via acpisnooper. I found one for my laptop and bios but that made no difference. When I run pci.exe it tells that "The ROM PCI IRQ routing table appears to be faulty!!". Is it something I can do about that? source: http://forum.ecomstation.ru/viewtopic.php?p=8237&sid=07c77961a83cc3015e65e57203fa667a#8237 |

#69 | fixed | eCS bug #1569: When plugging the machine into its docking station, it traps on boot (RC1)
Description |
This is a copy & paste from the eCS bugtracker and it sounds much like ACPI ticket 37: IBM T40, with RC1 installed. If plugged into the docking station, it traps on boot. Trap is as below: Exception in module: TRAP 0008 RERCD=000 ERACC=* ERLIM=* EAX=ffdeb5ac EBX=00000058 ECX=00000000 EDX=ffdeb5ac CS:EIP=0168:ff1b07a CSACC=c09b CSLIM=fffffff SS:ESP=0030:0001bda8 SSACC=1097 SSLIM=00003fff DS=0160 DSACC=c093 DSLIM=fffffff CR0=8001001b FS=0108 FSACC=0093 FSLIM=000000c5f GS=0000 GSACC= GSLIM= The system detected an internal processing error at location #0168:fff1da1f - 000e:ca1f. 078606d6 Could only be cleared by removing ACPI, but this is NOT an option with a laptop! |
