OS/2 guest additions shared folders IFS

Description
Now the shared folders IFS for OS/2 guest is not implemented. But there is a dummy IFS with empty entry points in it. But the only thing implemented is thunking 16<->32, so that, the remained part may be implemented with 32 bits only. So, need to implement this.
