Enhance idl-compiler to support more type tokens

Description
The idl-compiler mostly support the GLib type names. It would be beneficial to support CORBA types in parallel to make creation of language bindings easier.
One may think about different emitters so the binding files are created in a form the target language (Ruby, Python, C++, whatever) understands best.
