easyer use of parameters

instead of providing one parameter field seperated by tokens it would make a lot more sense to have a field for every possible parameter.
so we could then validate them easyer and also give some better messages

The problem of this approach is IMHO that

• we are loosing the universal approach
• the settings dialog would be as ugly as the ones from most other pdrs.

In addition the token concept allows us to evaluate other things not coming from user entered stuff but also, for example, from environment variables.

we are not loosing anything, as we still will have the universal aproach. my idea is to have a pulldown with all supported apps. and also have a universal app, which then still uses the parameter field.
with this it would be possible to validate the needed stuff.
