Description
Identify the release version of the oldest identifiable holdover code from ALSA, and the newest that has been applied.

Some driver files exactly match ALSA 0.9.0beta8, so that is possibly the first version used. Uniaud changes are marked with "#ifdef TARGET_OS2". The only reason I said not to "look at" code that old is because everything was moved around between beta10 and beta11, and it's a bit time-consuming to find it.

The very oldest files turned out to match ALSA 0.9.0beta6. Nothing was as old as Beta5.

It is not useful to look at ALSA code older than 0.9.0beta11, and there are some fragments of beta11. Code from 1.0.14rc2 was used.
