DART playback sometimes failed at the beginning

Playing via DART interface is stopped at the beginning with some initial audio. That is, pmixEvent() is not called any more.

If lucky, quitting and playing again make me be able to hear audio without any problems. This is the case of ICH AC97 of VirtualBox.

Otherwise a system hangs when playing is stopped. This occurs with Intel HD Audio of VirtualBox.

UNIAUD32 is v3.01.03. UNIAUD16 is v1.9.7.

To test, I attach a package.

How to test:

  darttest test.wav

This is very annoying and makes users very uncomfortable. This should be fixed as soon as possible.
