Description
I couldn't find that causes its appearance. Only reboot helps for a short while.
I use PM123. Last version of PM123 can be downloaded here: ftp://ftp.ptv.ru/pub/glass/pm123/betas/
PM123 uses MCI_CLOSE to close device: http://pm123.ptv.ru/pm123/src/plug-ins/os2audio/os2audio.c?rev=1.25&content-type=text/x-cvsweb-markup
