Description

eCS 2.0RC4, Uniaud RC5 , P4 quad core ,acpi 3.02 Asus motherboard (P5K WS) with intel HDA sound onboard Sound plays with Z! player (not sure howlong though),but when playing a system sound through system- setup -sound -,everything is frozen ,only the hardware reset switch awakes the system. Had this in all the other releases ,just could not find the time to report it. Much easyer now with the uniinfo cmd file.

*note- the uniinfo zip file is missing the unimix files !

Also tried: disable onboard sound ,and put in a soundblaster audigy , no problems with this card however. - plays great in other machines too -

HDA is not supported in v1.1.4 all HDA users see the same.

You will have to wait for Resync / 1.2.0 releases(beta's) before we fix this.

*note: With 1.1.4 RC5 we included unimix files in install process. This should make uniinfo run and create the needed .zip without any other steps. If not, please tell us.

Even if it is nice to know about your success with your SoundBlaster - please don't report "problems" with different hardware in same ticket.
