2. On a different topic, I have a problem with SAMBA client. On my local LAN I have a Zyxel NSA210 network attached storage box. When I launch SAMBA, I get the tree of the NSA210 displayed then an error message:

When I OK the error message, SAMBA closes. If I do not OK the error message and refocus the SAMBA window, nothing works.

and btw it doesn't make sense you open tickets for customers. customers should it it by themself, as communication will be easier than over 3 edges.
