Description
Yes, this is trivial!
It has come to our attention that some of our ANPM users actually do use the Group filter and are unable to locate all Development tools, namely the OS/2 Toolkit (which we cannot distribute with ArcaOS).
If this toolkit is to remain available as a set of RPMs, it would seem to make sense to move it to a more logical group, namely, Development (that word is in the description of every package in the set).

Understood. Perhaps an RFE for ANPM would be to consider implementing a better way to organize packages into logical types (groups of our own) so that this functionality will survive Fedora's change (other distros are not necessarily following this model).
Without getting into a philosophical discussion of the pros and cons of the Group tag, it should be noted that Fedora decided to abandon this purely because they were not using it (see https://pagure.io/packaging-committee/issue/679 and https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-meeting-1/2017-02-23/fpc.2017-02-23-17.00.log.html for rationale). This does not mean that the tag is not useful.
However, as mentioned, that's not the point of this ticket, which is solely that, as this tag is used for this set of packages, it should contain something more accurate than what it currently does. If the decision is then made to remove this entirely (instead of correcting the tag), so be it. That's a resolution, too. ;-)

I changed it to development for now. But later on it will be removed. When exactly is unknown.
Mind you all group stuff will be eliminated over time. As Fedora removes it by all new spec changes. And when we resnyc its gone as well. So this Filter will be doing nothing over time.
