Description
Using ANPM to try to update os1-base, on an ArcaOS installation, yielded the following error message:
[u'ERROR with transaction check vs depsolve:', 'rpm >= 4.13.0-16 is needed by os2-rpm-0-2.oc00.noarch', u'Please report this error at http://trac.netlabs.org/rpm/']

Thanks! A proper version of rpm is moved form exp to rel. Expect it to appear in ANPM in several hours.
