Description
I have installed QPDFView 4.0, and find the .config and .local folders in the root of my boot drive. I would assume that they should be in the %HOME% directory structure (W:\HOME\DEFAULT on my system).

Please check that HOME is actually set before you start QPDFView and that it points to an existing directory.
If either of the above is not true, Qt will use the root of your boot drive as the home path.

Sorry, I didn't get notified of this update request.
HOME is set by the eCS installer.
PDFView 0.4 seems to have fixed the problem.
