Description
Provide the OS/2 version of the QFileDialog class.

Actually, I don't think we should use the native PM file selection dialog (WinFileDlg) since it's inconvenient and kind of ugly (according to the current fashion). I'm putting it to the Qt Enhanced milestone for a later decision.
