Description
some platforms provide libqt4-headers-private, and we could use that also. i have at least a need to get access to some private QtCups functions.

This is which private headers Ubuntu people provide: http://packages.ubuntu.com/ru/oneiric/amd64/libqt4-private-dev/filelist, JFTR.

I doubt this is still an issue with Qt 5. And if it's still one please open a ticket at https://github.com/bitwiseworks/qtbase-os2
