Include Qt - Linguist into the build process

Description
The dummy printer class also allows to build Qt Linguist and some related stuff.
Thus we can include linguist, qm2ts and tutorial/tt1 .. tt3 into the build process.
As the other files, this can be found in qt-3.3.x-p8.7z
