Description
A number of Perl packages are missing in the repository. Is it safe to install them from CPAN, or should I open tickets on the individual packages?

You need to try if it works from CPAN. Some do some don't.
You can also open individual tickets but I doubt those will be done fast. As we (bww bitwise works GmbH) usually only creates those we have a need of. If someone needs other rpm we are more than glad to do that as a consultancy projects. If you have a heavy need and want us to look at, please drop a note.
