Here is an UTF-8 version of the authors file. Please add it.

Michal Necasek and Ondrej Necasek also require Czech accented letters. So you must have all individuals hosting source code before latest versions.

Thanks for your contribution. The problem is that there are problems with displaying UTF-8 on OS/2. In many cases you may only display one 8-bit charset at a time (sometimes this is a limitation of PM, sometimes — fonts). So ideally, this list should only use latin1 letters and it guarantees that it's always displayable.

Anyway, I will check that upon the next Odin update.
