Change the F5 and F6 shortcut&hotkeys keys

Description

Maybe it is time to change the F5 and F6 shortcut keys for the Newview program.

In ArcaOS desktop the F5 key is used to "Refresh now" to update the icons inside a window.

Also the newer PCs are disabling the function keys as default for a special pc functions like audio, etc. It can be interesting if a new set "Alt + xx" keys can be defined to replace this shortcut.

It can also be interesting to add a different keyboard shourcut for the F3 (Close) function.
