Description
This is not really needed ad will be not part of the distribution. But it makes it much easier for the translators to check for changes.

I probably should not have assigned this to myself, as I can't commit here.
IAC, we'll leave this open until the baseline file has been committed.

Attached complete language file for EN. I recommend creating an en directory under i18n and committing this there for reference.
Note that these strings match what is currently in use as of r444. Many strings need touch=up, modernization, and standardization (sometimes OK & Cancel have mnemonics, sometimes not; some hyphenated words are no longer hyphenated; some hints are vague, misleading, or humorous). This is a baseline file and makes no attempt to suggest changes.
