Description
The IPF tag "ARTLINK" is apparently not honored by the eCS implemented VIEW.EXE. Using IBMVIEW (the program used under OS/2 before being replaced by eComStation), this tag is processed. This facility is very helpful when implementing help files that are used to explain and instruct the user on large and complex applications.
Is this lack of ARTLINK support a bug? If not (that is, there are no plans for this tag to be handled by VIEW.EXE), how can I re-default .HLP files to use IBMVIEW? I like the new help facility provided by VIEW.EXE, but a full-function IPF generated help file is more important. If ARTLINK support should be provided by the current VIEW.EXE, please add my problem to your current bug list.

Will try to implement this in the next version. But maybe this requires some work on the display component.
