Description

Files containing Umlaute (ÖÄÜ etc.) in names are not shown.

Here a simple "dir":

Volume in drive I is NETDRIVE

The file "h├ñ├Âlo.txt" is displayed wrong with cadaver (error on cadaver), with OpenOffice (file-open-dialog can access webDAV) the filename (häölo.txt or so) and content is correct.

Same problem on files with spaces in name.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

(changeset:35) use UTF8 translated name for local names.
