Exception when saving previously saved fill-in PDF

Description

I opened a PDF fill-in which was partially filled in.

I unchecked a previously checked box, and clicked the Close window control. Lucide 1.4.1 GA prompted me to save the file. I clicked Yes. TRP file produced. My change was indeed saved to the file.

Summary: Exception when saving file upon exit → Exception when saving previously saved fill-in PDF

This also happens when saving in the middle of work. In addition, the error panel produced is "File load error!" and not a report of an error saving. This is 100% reproducible here.

This is fixed in the second 1.5.0.1 package
