Description
As the (new) default FOC in ArcaOS has no provision for a drives dropdown, we need to ensure that we are on the exclusion list when we install Lucide. This prevents the drives dropdown in Lucide's FOC from being greyed out and unavailable.

Do we need to document how to do this manually for the case where someone adds the latest FOC after installing Lucide or are we just adding the key even if FOC isn't installed? Assuming we are just adding the key does it survive the FOC install?
