Add ability to render raw or encapsulated PostScript. As discussed in tickets #260 and #261, GhostPDL may provide this.

Actually, Okular uses ​libspectre (which itself depends upon libgs, from GhostScript).

and libspectre is of course ported since long, as qpdfview also uses it. I will provide a rpm for it in the next days
