Description
Current online help references OS/2 and eCS (and not ArcaOS). Additionally, it needs to be brought in line with new/updated behavior and functionality in 2.82.

This is really just a reminder to add mention in the help file of the full screen popup pertaining to both OS/2 and DOS full screen sessions. Also, I just combed through the TSR source, and can find no reference to the mysterious "/SH" option I have had on my load line since its addition, over a decade ago. Unless I unearth some odd email from Andrei about it, I'll remove it and the (possibly/probably bogus) option won't be mentioned in the help.
