Scanpci hangs on Toshiba Satellite Pro 4270

Description

ScanPCI hangs after the last card, and Ctrl_c is needed to stop it. pci.exe does not hang. scanpci lists two devices pci.exe doesn't: (bus 0 dev 3, function 0 and 1), not sure if that is related. outputs of scanpci and pci attached. Version from eCS 2.0 GA

Sorry, ScanPCI.exe must remove from out packet 10 month ago. Sorry for our mistake
