Description
I have searched for this file in 4OS2 distributions going back to 1.0, and connot find it. I also find no mention of it in JP's latest TCC docs.
If this file does exist, it should probably be included in the distro. If it needs to be created, perhaps - aside from the group of us here with examples - something from https://www.4dos.info/4obtms.htm could be adapted.
Alternatively, this reference should be removed from the documentation.
