I did a new test, got the same result. Loading an URL via a web link from Firefox (​http://www.lauper-ag.ch/video/LH150_1.mpg) produces the black screen with WarpVision? started but doing nothing (log is attached).

Passing the same URL to video2.exe (video2.exe ​http://www.lauper-ag.ch/video/LH150_1.mpg) does play the file.

I am running eCS 1.2 and FireFox? 1.5.
