Description
Most (all?) WMV9 files I find cannot be played with WVGUI 1.0rc of 14 Mar 2006. The stdout/stderr log always ends with
Found video codec: Windows Media Video 9 (win32 DMO) Using SSE for fastmemcpy kernel32.dll loaded error ODIN_ThreadEnterOdinContext: 127 error ODIN_ThreadLeaveOdinContext: 127 error ODIN_ThreadEnterOdinContextNested: 127 error ODIN_ThreadLeaveOdinContextNested: 127 ODIN_SetDllLoadCallback error: 182 ODIN_SetProcAddress error: 182 ODIN loaded
An example of such a file is contained in the ZIP file http://3dgamers.iinet.net.au/pub/3dgamers/games/princepersia6/popt2t_enemies-lo.zip (No idea what it actually shows, hope it's not too bad...)

At least the window disappears. I think I saw an entry for that in POPUPLOG.OS2 but let me check.

Hmm, obviously looking for wrong ordinal:
03-30-2006 10:16:29 SYS2070 PID 018a TID 0001 Slot 00a0 D:\TEST\WV\VIDEO2.EXE MSVCRT->KERNEL32.2030 182
Which version of Odin do I need? And what besides the Win32 codec DLLs is required? (I don't find the URL to those any more in the docs...)

I am running Odin version 0.5.625.0 of 27 June 2002 (WarpIn install).
Perhaps this bug entry should be about updating the documentation: which version of Odin is supported and where to get it.

OK, newer Odin works for me (but kills Win32 RealPlayer). I used <http://www.os2warp.org/odin/2005/odin32bin-20050402-release-xp.wpi>, Steve Wendt suggests <ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/odin/Daily/odin32bin-20060325-release-xp.zip>, but that is not a WarpIn install package.
Please add to documentation, page "Requirements":
- To playback new codecs, install Odin via WarpIn from http://www.os2warp.org/odin/2005/ and then unpack Windows Codecs from ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/wvgui/wincodecs/ into the Odin System32 directory.
Thanks!
