WVGUI RC3 does not correctly work with WO

Description
First, choose settings -> video -> peferred plugin - WO, then Try -> settings -> system -> "pick color" (or simply adjust colour to the one you know, for example - FC/2's - blue,132) -> save
Then make it "Out to desktop". Yes, it works! BUT WITH ANOTHER COLOUR!
Second, choose settings -> video -> peferred plugin - SNAP do the same
IT WORKS CORRECTLY!

let's call it "feature" couse I cant test WO plugin on my side :) WO plugin was written in blind method and never was tested on my PC
