Implement presentation material downloads via TYPO3 file link

Currently, presentation material is made available via a simple link. It would be nice if this would use the standard TYPO3 file links instead to have a common look and feel. The tt_news extension does this too, so it should be mostly a cut and paste operation to add this.

Just to explain what I'm talking about: The file links are what you get when you choose to insert a new content element and select "Dateiverweise" in German (probably "File links" in English). The good thing about the feature is that it automatically assigns an icon for the file type and takes the file name and description from DAM if css_filelinks and dam_filelinks are installed.
